SVS ’s maintains a competitive admissions process that is predicated on merit. With a limited number of seats available per class, we urge prospective students and their families to adhere to the following guidelines to successfully navigate our admissions procedures. Our dedicated Admission Counsellors are available to provide comprehensive information and assistance throughout the process, including school tours, individual consultations, and class observations.

Steps to Complete the Admission Process: Admission Enquiry Form‍ below to express your interest. 

  • Application Submission: Should you decide to proceed with the application, we require you to visit our office, submit a completed application form, relevant supporting documents, and payment of a non-refundable application fee. Additionally, an assessment is obligatory for applicants seeking admission into Classes I - IX.
  • Assessment Notification: An email or SMS detailing the assessment date and time will be dispatched to all applicants’ parents or guardians.
  • Admission Decision: Within four business days following the assessment, parents will be informed of our decision along with the interview date.
  • Final Interview and Enrollment: The candidate and their parents are required to attend an interview with the Principal. Upon successful completion, the payment of the first-semester fees will secure the student’s enrollment. A unique student identification number and email address will then be assigned to finalize the registration process.

    • Admission criteria:

    • Pre-KG - The child should have completed 2 years as of 31st March
    • LKG - The child should have completed 3 years as of 31st March
    • UKG - The child should have completed 4 years as of 31st March
    • Admissions to classes for Pre-KG to IX and XI will depend on the availability of seats. 

    Documents required at the time of admission:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Community certificate if applicable (BC, MBC, OBC, DNC, SC, ST)
    • Vaccination certificate (for kindergarten admission)
    • Previous year’s academic records
    • Transfer certificate
    • Passport-sized photos of the applicant and parents

    Closure of admission for the new academic year:

    The admission cycle for the upcoming academic year will commence in January and close upon reaching full enrollment capacity. Please note that the school management reserves the right to decline any application without furnishing a reason for the decision.
